Koza has long light brown hair styled in a rattail. He has messy bangs that are swept to the right. He also has an ahoge which is curled. His eyes are dark brown. He wears a brown and off white duffel coat, he wears a white buttoned shirt underneath it along with off white gloves. He also has a brown cape. He wears long dark brown baggy pants and brown work boots. His bitphone is blue and has blue spheres dangling off of it.

Koza is absent-minded and ignorant. He is kind to the guests but he cares for his cats the most. He doesn't always get his priorities straight. He also changes a lot of words in common sayings which happen to not make any sense sometimes.
Background []
He is the hotel owner's son, he works at the front desk at the attraction hotel. He makes sure the guests are safe and happy. He spoils his cats as well, even to the point where there are cat doors in the hotel. It even got to the point where he was looking for his cats during the power outage in (File.01).
